ICT center together with user departments have been undertaking the re-engineering of the University's Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS). The new system is currently being rolled out.

Due to the centrality of this system, other MIS services may be affected. If you encounter any challenges in any of the MIS systems, kindly contact us using the support email of the affected system. 

This is a reminder from the Registrar Administration  to all staffs that there are only three (3) weeks to go before the closure of the Staff Performance Appraisal (SPA) for the 2019/2020 period. It is set to end on June 30, 2020.

Any concerns or challenges regarding use of the system should be channeled through email to uspas@uonbi.ac.ke while those touching on human resource should be addressed to the Registrar Administration through email hrhelp@uonbi.ac.ke.

This is to let students know that the SMIS student portal now supports password reset for students who forgets their passwords.

If a student cannot remember their password, all they need to do is click on "Forgot your password?" link and then follow the instructions given.
